Negative tilt, chubby face kinda, nose kind of bumpy.

Since you seem lean but still have a chubby look to your face I assume you have abnormally large buccal fat pads. Their mostly genetic and like to persist even at low body fat levels.

Fix via cantopexy, buccal fat removal, and rhino. Do that easy cl status.
