how can i raise my hyoid effectivly and make my ramus more visible?

You can’t directly raise your hyoid bone.

Fix your posture (head over shoulders) and train suprahyoid muscle (try to open your mouth while your pushing your chin upward against it) if you want more definition

From BOTB:

The exercise schedule consisted of 3 sets of 20 repetitions each of rapid and maximum jaw-opening movement with a 10-second interval between sets. The exercise was performed twice daily for 4 weeks.

Worked for me
