Improve neck posture?

I made a few posts about my recessed chin. It looks pretty good when I keep my neck straight but it’s not like this naturally. How do I improve my neck posture?

Isn't that cope? Nerd necks would be caused by recession/downgrowth (which is why someone with a nerd neck usually look like they got no forward growth doing chin tucks)?
