first fix that skin quality, it will take you from being a warthog to a pig, which is a small improvement.
next im not sure how old you are but i can only suggest using androgens to help dimo and salvage whatever this is.
you dont have to act the way you look, so stop eating like a pig and get debloated.
shave facial hair it looks disgusting on you, try some nose reduction methods, and grow your hair out
and bonus point if you bleach your skin
overall there is not much you can do, even with all of this and more, you will still be under average in looks, and if you are in a white country you will not have much success, a good idea would be moving back to the third world shithole you look like you came from, because that will at least make it a fair playing field.
