dont think any need for implants, since u consulted with pagnoni do you know how much he charges for genio only and how many mm are his limit

11k euros for just genio, idk his limit but usually you shouldn't get more than 8-10 mm out of just genio. more projection would mean genio+implant. he'll do whatever's best cosmetically so just consult w/ him it's free
