The shit at the professional places is better but it isn't all that different from teeth trays you can buy yourself, at the professional places they have a few extra things like that light that accelerates the whitening. But the chemical process is the same its just stuff that bleaches your teeth i think its usually some peroxide. I dont know anything about chemistry but its the same stuff no matter where you get your teeth whitened

Yes, no matter what the whitening ingredient is always a peroxide, usually hydrogen peroxide, that same exact stuff you get in the purple brown bottles at the pharmacy. The other ingredients are different and they might help it adhere better to your teeth or help something else with the process but its always the same whitening ingredient, peroxide
