In theory, stroma should be able to ascend my c30/40 eyes to low A’s, correct?

No it can't.

The laser does not work near the pupil.

You will have blue/grey/green/amber eyes depending on the composition of cornea and iris, but the inner circle around the pupil will remain brown, which will look fake as fuck. As if you had an extreme level of central heterochromia. Like this:

Oh I see, mine is more orange than brown and it isn’t nearly as big as the one in attached image so maybe it would still look okay? Perhaps I misunderstand
