In theory would the muscles in the face be stronger on one side causing asymmetry

If you can move one eye brow up for example would that side have stronger muscles causing the face to look different on one side.

Is it the same idea with the mouth. If you can move your lip to one side but not the other would that side be stronger causing asymmetry

this has probably been talked about but does anyone know the definitive answer to this.

idk but facial asymmetry is mostly caused by skeletal deviations rather than stronger/weaker muscles
 
yes i used to mostly chew with my left side which now has really visible masseters but my right has none so i train the right with mastic gum
