There’s no real study on this but I guess Spain & Italy.

Even cities like Vladivostok and Khabarovsk that are super out far east are still European in architecture/feel and population, as the majority of inhabitants are either of Russian or Ukrainian descent. There were and still are a significant number of Chinese, Koreans, and other minority groups, however.

Exactly! I was shocked to see that it was in the Asian part of Russia. It looked incredibly European.

No. Green eyes aren't very common here.

Edit: found a source that says Iceland has the most and another that says Ireland, but very few people have green eyes here, I know more with brown.

What's even more interesting is that Vladivostok in particular used to be much more diverse, to the point that they even had their own distinct Chinatown (aka Millionka) and Koreatown. Unfortunately, Stalin's regime forced these groups to leave and thus these neighborhoods became deserted.

The area where Millionka is today is a mere shell of what it once was, but there're still fragments of original infrastructure and a lot of Asian restaurants are clustered there.

I think the quality of the Turkic DNA in those populations has resulted in lower intelligence compared to Siberian DNA Russians.
