I gymcelled pretty hard for about a year and was obsessed with the InBody scan, if I got a bad reading it would ruin my week.
This Summer I got a reading where I was 11.1% Bodyfat, though I think I now think it was closer to 15% - pics & scan attached. I've been good about my diet & gym for the past 4 months, and I am leaner than I was in the pics and at the same weight. The body scan today says I gained 2% body fat and lost 2lbs of Muscle. Such BS.
I used to treat the results of this thing as if they were the holy gospel, now I see how inaccurate the scan can be. SMH.
