I've tried to blame my parents in the past for many things, accusing them of malnourishment, forcing me to have orthadontic treatment, teeth extractions etc. but it would always just lead to them telling me how ungrateful i am and how good of a parent they are because they allowed me to live in a nice house or go to a "good" school or some bullshit

I no longer resent them for these things but i wouldn't go as far as to feel bad for not living up to their expectations of me.
