I am very triggered from seeing someone swallow incorrectly repeatedly in front of me, I find it very triggering now that I know how to; it looks absolutely disgusting in my eyes, you literally make your face shit looking by bloating your cheeks if you swallow incorrectly.

Bullshit, it is not a giant cope, sure, genetics determine a lot of what you can achieve looks-wise but if you got shit tongue posture + shit overall posture and swallow incorrectly you are not gonna good/as good as you could. My cheeks are literally fucking starting to hollow out even though I never had hollow cheeks at all and my weight is the same.

Yes. Although currently it is only visible in semi-good lightning, but I know they are hollowing out because before they weren't hollow in that exact same lightning.
