Increasing Bigonial Flare?

Lurker for some time here, I have a question, is there any procedure that isolates or targets the gonial flaring (to widen the corner?) I currently have a low IMW on both dental arches, where my upper arch is the limiting factor on the positions of my molars (dynamic forces of chewing cant really act upon my bone due to current muscle insertions.) I have small masseters because of this.

Is there nothing that works with existing bone affecting its orientation? Only problem is that they are flared inwards.
