I’m 15 and need to increase my bone mass, I was thinking of supplementing collagen and was wondering if that would help at all? Also what else do I need to do to increase it 🙏

look into HGH, make sure you do this safely though
 
Aight aight thanks, the guy above said Halotestin could u vouch it?
HGH is much safer, more widely used and easier to acquire so i would recommend that over Halotestin which also has many more negative effects. Remember to use an estrogen blocker when on hgh otherwise plates will close since ur young.
edit: also way more effective at building bones

yes it is so drink raw milk and have a good diet
hgh is not really dangerous and its not like tren or test (as in that your body will stop making it after you take it)
hgh would be really good but it is VERY expensive so yeah

Join some amature boxing classes for a while they have great strenght training schedules training at a boxing camp might increase your text and sparring also can induce bone growth in face

You are still in puberty so collagen might worth it and its hard to find muay thai clubs that are actually good so stick with boxing muay thai is on whole another level

make sure you're eating enough calcium-rich foods like dairy, leafy greens, and fortified plant milks. vitamin d is just as important because it helps your body absorb calcium, so get some sun when you can or take a supplement if needed. p.s. good sleep and avoiding things like smoking or vaping is huge too, since that’s when your body repairs and grows the most. also, weight exercises!
