Increasing frame through lifting

I pmeed someone and they said I have an average frame. I am 185 cm and 135 lbs. No body failos like wide hips or anything like that. I am planning to eat very cleans and a small surplus to try to put on muscle mass until I reach 150 lb and then cut. I am low bf with no abs rn. Can I make my frame bigger by like an inch by lifting weights. I hate eating food so there is no point in lifting unless it will boost my SMV

Try out swimming those guys are massive in frame

No roids because hair is life and I will descend to subhuman and be cucked without hair. Are lateral raises 3 times a week and shoulder press twice a week enough? I lift 4 times a week in a push pull/legs push/legs pull split
 
Work your shoulders and upper body. The main reason people are framecels is because there upper body is not developed enough

Shoulder press 3x a week*** and you’re good to go

why only these? Back is not less important for frame. Spam rows too
So I am thinking of doing

Push
Shoulder press
Landmine press (I have to do these for shoulder health because I hurt it by falling)
Lateral raise
2 Triceps exerses

Pull
Lat pull down
cable row
Biceps exercises
Shrugs

I’ll do some pull stuff twice a week and my shoulder stuff 3 times a week

I will work out 4 times a week.
