Is there anyway to soft max increase the lower third height with like a mouthguard or something. Also what surgeries increase lower third height. I know a maxillary down graft is one, but doesn’t that push you chin backwards because of cw rotation?

There are no softmaxxs for increasing lower third height. :feelswhy: If you just want more projection, fillers or growing a beard are basically your only non-surgical options. (these only give projection and not hieght btw)

Surgeries:

Maxillary down-graft
makes the face longer but usually causes clockwise jaw rotation, so the chin can look pushed back unless the mandible is advanced or a genioplasty is done.

Sliding genioplasty is the easiest way to add lower-third height. It doesn’t affect the bite and just moves the chin downward, and it can also be moved forward.

Chin wing surgery lengthens the lower jaw vertically. It’s more subtle and not many surgeons perform it.

Those are probably the only real options.

PS Best bet might be a beard. Chin isint a big factor tho aslong as the rest of ur face is balanced
