Increasing the gonial width for hollow cheeks

My bones are fused. I have a narrrow lower jaw and short gonial width. Im aiming to achive more promimant cheekbones and a wider gonial width to achieve hollow cheeks. A palate expander will help increase both of these thinks but how much effect do you think a upper palate will improve this gonail width. Or is it worth for pople with smaller lower jaws to get a lower palate expander when bones are fused

Look up FME Expansion with FMA.
Basically what it does is it expands your upper palate like any other marpe device but with more force and accuracy. Also you can attach an FMA onto it, which you wear for a specified number of hours a day to protract your maxilla. And unlike mse it won‘t fuck up your face cuz the whole appliance has to be adapted to your face.
