where should i bonesmashh on my jaw n for how long? Someone had told me on my gonial but where else if there is anywhere else to hit? People say its cope but i mean ive seen progress on my zygos

If you're just gonna bang on the masseter muscle like that frankly I don't see much of the force being transmitted down to the bone. I don't know of anyone who had success with gonion smashing. You could smash along your mandible and probably it will grow but it doesn't have the same potential for growth as the zygos.

Masseter training will give you more outward gonions and may facilitate bone growth in the super long term. But some niggas just don't wanna do that
