Increase your bench press PR

It's quite simple: watch porn right before bench pressing (or any other exercise). As soon as you get an erection, your testosterone spikes briefly. You should bench press during this brief moment.

In theory, this should give you more strength.
(If you wanna take this to the next level you can also masturbate in the gym. results may vary)
