Incredibly low weight, but still bloated [DETAILED] 120lbs 6’0 16 y/0

PREFACE
i’m currently 6’0 and 120 lbs 15 years old turning 16 in a few months (54.8kg, 182). i’ve been in a very strict calorie deficit prioritising high protein for the past 2 months or so going from 65 down to 55 while building as much muscle as i can. due to the fact hearing the only way to lose face fat is to lose fat in general, which i now learnt is a massive lie.

although my weight might be very low, i think it’s because i still remain at a decent bf, i have a good physique, built upper body / arms but i can’t get my face fat to go away no matter what.
im willing to send my physique & face to anyone interested. i have a great physique for my age; but its just my face holding my back.

i’ve tried limiting sodium as much as possible, taking 800mg of potassium gluconate a day, and drinking 3-4L of water while getting minimum 10-11k steps in.

cardio
i’ve been doing 1.5ish hours of the following everyday for the past month
- 15 incline 4.5 speed (for roughly 45 minutes)
10 minute break on 0 incline 2 speed
- 5.5 incline 4.9 speed for 30 minutes

diet
i try to restrict myself to around 950kcal on weekdays & 1100kcal on weekends, way below my maintenance.

as much as i WANT to prioritise whole foods only, as a student it gets tough money-wise. i start the day with a

usually around 7:20am weekdays, 1pm weekends
- black coffee no sugar (natural diuretic) and a bowl of cereal (plain almond milk and cornflakes, no additional sugars)

lunch is usually a -
protein bar and white monster, not the best but it’s cheap and gets me stuffed so i don’t binge throughout the day.

after lunch, which during weekdays happens after school, i will go to the gym for around 2.5 hours, doing upper body (separate muscle groups on diff days) and always hitting core, lower abs, and A LOT of cardio at the end.

i try to stay as strict as possible with my dinner
- low calorie chicken tortilla (just a basic low-carb 95cal wrap, 150g chicken breast, low fat greek yogurt as a sauce substitute, & salad)

it’s around 85g of protein for the entire day, and around 950 cals.

i HAVEN’T tried (but i look forward to)
- absolutely starving myself for 3 days, then eating protein only for 2 days. eat normally on the weekend, repeat the process on monday
(some diet i saw on instagram)
- diurex
- furosemide, but i highly doubt as it requires a prescription and my parents already think i’m dangerously skinny.

what i HAVE tried
- aggressive cut (sub 1100 cals)
- sodium flush, prioritising potassium & 3.5L a day
- eating at maintenance and building muscle
- eating low calories and building muscle
- lymphatic drainage

with cheekbiting i look insanely good; i don’t look uncanny like most people but i look like how i want to look. sadly, when i release, i go back to my bloatcel look.

i’ve read through this forum for a while before making a message, and a couple things stood out to me.

- will this go away after puberty? do i prioritise DHTmaxxing so i have good bone structure and high testosterone?
- is this water retention or plain fat, i have fat in my thighs & face, THATS IT. no matter how low weight i go, it doesnt go away. probably shit fat deposit genetics, but oh wells

you absolute RETARD, you just have no BONES so there is absolutely NOTHING you can do to get a more defined face and you are fucking 15 years old malnourishing yourself to "muh leanmaxx :feelsuhh::feelsuhh::feelsuhh::feelsuhh:" good job stunting your development im sure youll be glad you did this when youre still a boneless child at 21

I was like 140lbs, 5'7" at 15, and played soccer all day, yet I still bloated like a pig. It's something at the genetic level causing this shit.

Stop eating flour products, as well as anything that contains sugar substitutes (monster), drink more water (I drink about 6 liters a day minimum)

Leanmaxxing cooked you. Best thing you can do right now is, start fucking bulking. Get to 160 lb bodyweight minimum. You're lucky you're 6'1 after starving your body of nutrients. Bulk to 160, hit the gym. Your tests levels are probably lower than my sisters.

I malnourished myself when losing weight cause I didn’t know better age 15-16 then gained the weight back and ate again. Have i permanently stunted my development or?

Most likely. During that time period your hormones were probably cooked due to the deficit.
 
Do intense physical activity and stay in a caloric surplus, you haven’t stunted your development to any meaningful degree stay in surplus get all vitamins and nutrients and if you don’t care roidmaxx

I forgot to mention in the original thread I take a lot of multi-vitamins, i’ve attached what i take below

- Potassium Gluconate (as mentioned) x 4 (99mg each)
- Zinc & Magnesium (52.8g magnesium, 50g zinc, 10g, Vitamin B6)
- Centrum (Retinol - Vitamin A, Betacarotene, Vitamin D3, K1, B5, B1, B2, B6, B12, H, E, C, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Selenium, Iodine

you’re 15. my buccal fat pads didn’t dissolve until age 17, i was bloated for the 17 years before that
 
How tf are you drinking 6 liters of water a day??? Cant you get poisoned at some point??????
I always have a two-liter jug of water nearby, I can drink even more, in one workout I can drink 2 liters of water, although this may also be due to drinking caffeine, I don't drink water by force, I just drink it when I want to. Drinking a lot of water = you never have toxins stagnating in the body, and you will never be dehydrated

Weight doesn’t really mean too much. Could be skinny fat 20% body fat and just lack a lot of muscle, probably due to sedentary life style, shit nutrition and also fucked up hormones. Probably a combination of all 3 of those. Wouldn’t necessarily mean he is boneless though, however at 15 or at such young ages it’s likely.

I agree that bloat is BS though and that OP should not be eating 1000 calories a day only. There’s no way he isn’t ripped tbh at 120lbs 6 foot.

LOWER UR CARDIO, increase food intake by a lot. And then worry about cutting later. Trust me

I've always heard that having fat in places and being skinny in other places is a myth and I'm just skinny fat all around. But I have barely any fat in my back, and my stomach, but I have fat in my thighs and in my face. I don't have shit nutrition. I prioritize whole foods. I eat a lot of protein. I am not sedentary. I get around 15,000 steps a day and do a lot of incline cardio and upper body core training. Arms, back, muscle groups. I do over 5.5 hours of cardio which includes walking. Maybe my hormones are bad, but I just think it's genetics.
 
if you are under 15% bf you are not bloated you are boneless.
