Indentations on mouth corners

Are these caused by facial fat, bloating, or just shitty genetics? They make all of my selfies look shitty with the random ass shadows they make and are overall very unaesthetic.

What steps, surgical or otherwise, can I take to fix these fuckers.

I feel u man but im going to be real ur better off spending ur time and energy on something else that will improve ur looks I doubt this will boost ur PSL by anything even if u do get it fixed surgically.
