Independent NCR for asymmetry

I'm debating independent NCR to aid with fixing my asymmetry.

My skull laterally tilts to the right, making the left side of my mandible much more prominent, exaggerating my asymmetry beyond facial factors.
I'm aware there are several causes for this:

- Muscular Imbalance of the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) with a stronger right SCM causing contraction,

- Lateral Pelvic Tilt altering my Centre of Mass causing my upper body posture to slant left, forcing my head to tilt right to compensate and keep my eyes level,
1778329430811

- C1 Atlas Misalignment causing scalp tension as well as a tighter fascia and overall lateral tilt to the left.

There are very basic solutions for these issues that include Chin Tucks and Neck Curls to even out the Muscular Imbalance of the SCM, Connor Harris' exercises to fix body posture and resolve an Altered Centre of Mass, as well as Suboccipital Fascial Release to help realign and balance the Atlas.

In theory these exercises should provide enough stimulus to fix these imbalances through muscular training, skeletal realignment, and postural means.

I'm simply wondering whether or not to carry out independent NCR.
From what I've read it should assist in reducing the skulls connective tissue tension by nudging the sphenoid in order to allow the tissue to loosen and let it retake its original shape with more ease (releasing tension in the sphenoid bone and in the skull helps it to become more loose and to be able to move more freely). Thread: here

Low iq grey thread but I'd appreciate some words of wisdom from those of you that rot here.

yea sorry its mostly cope id focus on things that are concrete in helping u look better, if ur worried just go to a chiropractor(P.S) asymmetry doesnt matter as much as u think

Yeah, I was debating doing it myself and praying I don't fuck it up somehow, if there aren't really any major risks or downsides with it then I might as well

I think part of it's just for the peace of mind side of things, to be able to walk around knowing what I see in the mirror is more or less exactly what everyone else sees rather than the horror most people see when they un-invert their photos

wait are you planning to do it solo?
tbh i dont trust myself enough to do that

sounds like a right AIC pattern tbh, fixable by fixing ur whole body posture consciously.

by doing this you would correct the tension and direction of where the fascia and muscles of your face and neck pull. A lot of the asymmetry is gonna be soft tissue whether it looks like that or not, along with an asymmetrical bite angle viewed from the front. Luckily both these things are changeable granted u give yourself the correct stimulus.

Also OP, don’t bother going to a chiropractor lmao they won’t give you or do anything to you that you can’t do on yourself.

And for long term permanent aesthetic results on the face it’s gonna take months for you to fix breathing and walking habits along with literally feeling it in ur face.

yeah, was my plan to do it solo. kind of a weird procedure to carry out opposed to most but as long as i'm not a tard there isn't really much that can go wrong, it's not like i'm performing the worlds most advanced surgery

yeah a lot of it is simply fixing habits, just takes a lot of conscious effort
