I never understood why Indian people receive so much hatred offline and online. There are multiple threads on this forum alone and .is about how curries are the lowest form of life and India is the worst shithole to ever exist and that the world would be a better place if all South Asians committed suicide and Indians were never born.
Don't get me wrong, India certainly has its issues with development and sanitation, but Indians have done some amazing things in the past and present.
I'd honestly rather be an Indian in most places than be Black. Indian communities (outside of South Asia) tend to be a lot richer, more educated, more stable, less violent, etc. Indians don't have to worry about police harassment, getting exploited locally/internationally, or overall being seen as a low-class nuisance. African countries and Caribbean countries tend to be the worst places on Earth to live. India has some problems, but it is still lightyears ahead of any majority-Black country and honestly most Latino countries as well. The only advantage negroes have over Indians is that White women for whatever reason are more repulsed by Indians than they are by Blacks; but since 90%+ of White women prefer their own race of men, this doesn't matter much. Vast majority of people just marry within their ethnic group. Afro-Caribbeans also have more Olympic gold medals than Indians do, but fewer people care about the Olympics every year.
I also never understand why people say Indians are very ugly. Most of them look just like White people but with darker features. India has also won more Miss World beauty pageants than any other country (tied with Venezuela):

- Indian-Americans are the richest nationality in the USA. The CEOs of Microsoft, Google, Adobe, and many other Fortune 500 companies are Indian.
- India has had a grand civilization for over 5,000 years! Way longer than any European or New World civilization. Indian civilizations are responsible for Chess, shampoo, Yoga, and the number system that the vast majority of people use.
- India is the 3rd largest economy in the world and is a potential superpower.
- India is one of the few countries that have retained its indigenous religions and cultures despite being attacked by Muslim raiders and European colonists for millennia.
- Indians are very educated. India alone produces 100,000 doctors and 1.5 million engineers every year.
- India produces more movies than any other nation, Bollywood films can be quite enjoyable.
