Infection or PIP?

I’ve pinned in this quad like 5-6 times before, I just noticed a large red patch after 2 days of pinning some Test C. Could it be an infection or maybe I hit a small blood vessel or something?

Very odd, unfortunately this is way more likely to be an infection rather than a bad shot. You need to get this checked asap.
