how can you tell…?

im getting fat grafting this summer in thailand, however, i need to make sure this isn’t just a infra issue

id prefer not to spend the extra 10k if possible tbh

i dont know how to tell and that scares me, i think im just gonna get infras and then see. my buddy got infras and then 2 rounds of fat grafting so idk man

you will almost always need fat grafts after implants anyway, id say do that first then see if you still lack structural support
