good question i want to know too is the surgeon from turkey? My surgeon mentioned silicone extended infra orbital implants, do you think they’d be ok? Or do you recommend getting them custom made
Part time job after school if you're in a plave where they do that can give ypu some procedures if you're smart about it.fam the average 18 year old is not making enough money to hardmaxx stop with the retarded takes
I want a second opinion from you on my plan to get infra and supra orbital implants my eye area is sub 3 and I am convinced that it is the only way I can fix it. What do you think?Cope surgery deluxe
I’ve also looked into this a bit and it’s just generally a combination of thingsYou see the undereye crease this guy has:

Now look at O’Pry:

Both have a NOV, but O’Pry has no crease. Why do you think this is and what should the black guy do to get smooth undereye region like O’Pry?
Just a point that I didn’t make, a hypertrophied orbital muscle can cause the eye to appear as if it’s bulging slightly since your if the muscle is outwards and your infras are recessed this just makes the appearance of a NOV even worse (not 100% sure of this but lmk if I’m wrong)I’ve also looked into this a bit and it’s just generally a combination of things
Usually a lack of undereye support and Slight bulging of the eye can cause the eyes to ofc go further than the cheek/undereyes this creates that curve which is especially prominent when squinting or smiling.
It could also be an issue of a hypertrophied orbital muscles, where they are more prominent and that’s why that crease happens, this gets worse when you also have thin skin there.
Theres a couple solutions and it depends on person to person but generally it’s
Botox for hypertrophied orbital muscles (aka jelly roll botox)
Lower blep (if it’s a fat issue)
Infraorbital rim implants (including malar if your also missing volume there)
Skin boosters could also be used to help the thin skin but that’s generally a job for fat grafting.
Examples of some results.

The first one looks naturally, bro, but he’s still ugly. The second one looks unnatural, but it has harmony.View attachment 4592142View attachment 4592146
Especially these two. JFL at anyone calling this an ‘ascension’, natural looking is the golden rule. Even normies spot this from a mile away.
One is pajeet and one is not, just say it openlyThe first one looks naturally, bro, but he’s still ugly. The second one looks unnatural, but it has harmony.
gui's instagram pfps will be zoomed in and shared here for another 5 years i guess@lurking truecel
