if you are recessed and you have to pick one or the other go with infras because fat grafting wont fix the real problem which is being recessed, if you even are but if you can get both do it

They're not interchangeable. You find out what you need by getting a 3D CT scan and consulting with a blackpilled maxfac surgeon. If your infras are recessed, you need implants. If your infras aren't recessed, but your periorbital/midface support still looks weak, then you need fat grafting. Bone deficits get corrected by implants. Soft tissue deficits get corrected by fat grafting.

There should be plenty of threads on this already. I don't think you could really go wrong with the aesthetic eye of Rameiri and Pagnoni but do your own research
