Implants + fat won’t move your canthus, but make eyes look more tilted

not really it can only make the eyes appear a bit more upturned if the lower eyelids are retracted but you have to actually get the canthus repositioned to change ct

Yes. if your under eye lid lacks support it will droop in this kind of arch shape

This is also why people say asians have slanted eyes. They dont have a more positive canthalt tilt but their under eye is a lot straighter it doesnt droop thats why it appears more slanted
