Infraoribital Rim Implants VS. Under Eye fat transfer

I have shit under eye fat and support and dark circles. I can fraud with concealer but it is terrible.

I am considering Infras vs. Under eye fat transfer to fix this issue. I've heard the fat transfer can be non-permanent as about 50% of fat goes away after a few months. However, for some people it can be permanent. Either way it would be an improvement.

Which proceed is better?

Personally never heard of it staying permanently, if you want something temp, get fillers, they can last for 1-2y (although I've heard some things about the fillers just melting into the rest of your face after the 1-2y lifespan)
Infraorbital implants will be your best bet for longevity. Just don't choose Rajeesh who just graduated culinary school (to sling curry on the street) as your surgeon and design your implants in line with what you need for your skull
