The amount of upper jaw movement is unclear from what the surgeon has said, but it isn’t massive as seen by the scans and the fact that the patient’s upper lip has not been chimpified.

If you are gigarecessed, then forward advancement with CCWR can save you.

However, most people here aren't this recessed. The movements they need to significantly improve their side profile can be done by any non-conservative surgeon, and unfortunately will not have much impact on their front profile.

you know i have been thinking about it and i feel like front is cope and side / 3/4th is law
i know it sounds crazy but in real life i was noticing i barely look at ANYONE front on. its only relevant for pictures and pictures can be edited / photoshopped anyway.
