Case 1: 12mm horizontal projection. No vertical.

Case 2: 10mm horizontal. Guy doesn’t mention vertical but looks vertical too.

Case 3: 12mm horizontal + 4mm vertical + bone grafts at mentalobial fold.

Case 4: 10mm horizontal only.
