maybe if the guy has like 80 iq he would have an argument
however, if the rich guy has an avg iq, he is more likely to have more money than the smart poor guy

It really depends on how wealthy/stupid the low iq guy is and how smart the high iq guy is. If the low iq guy is born to a billionaire family then yeah, then its insanely unlikely that the high iq guy will wealth mog him.
