I use Insoles for Height Because Im so I'm worried about my height and I'm embarrassed, I bought 3-5cm insoles for height And before I make mistakes, can they lead to some health problems, for example, in posture, in the foot, or can it lead to scaliosis

Don't be THAT scared but it isn't good for posture tbh don't rely on them constantly and don't use them during formative years and you should be good
