i have sleeping problems. i eat really good but i can’t get refreshing sleep no matter how much sun i get, no matter when i time my meals or when i stop using my phone. i’ve tried relaxation techniques but it doesn’t do shit for me. i’ve tried all the sleeping supplements and they don’t do shit either. i have so much anxiety about the blackpill and wanting to be taller and wanting to be better looking that it fucks my sleep up sometimes. what’s more important for development during puberty: sleep or nutrition. my nutrition is amazing but the sleep is fucking me. am i cooked?
