i have sleeping problems. i eat really good but i can’t get refreshing sleep no matter how much sun i get, no matter when i time my meals or when i stop using my phone. i’ve tried relaxation techniques but it doesn’t do shit for me. i’ve tried all the sleeping supplements and they don’t do shit either. i have so much anxiety about the blackpill and wanting to be taller and wanting to be better looking that it fucks my sleep up sometimes. what’s more important for development during puberty: sleep or nutrition. my nutrition is amazing but the sleep is fucking me. am i cooked?

magnesium and melatonin + getting lots of steps in the morning or doing some cardio helped me a lot

Roids fixed my insomnia tbh before i’d get like 3-4 hours if sleep maximum.
 
melatonin aim for 7 hours minimum but nutrition and sleep are equally important

i’ve taken those before. mines is more mental. my mind won’t stop thinking about the blackpill and how important looks are for everything it’s like constantly stimulating running at a million miles an hour. feels like i have to bash my brain against a just for those thoughts to go away
