For how long have you been lifting?
 
I can bench 100 kgs for 10 reps and my one rep max is like 140 kgs rn when I carbed up

I feel I'm pretty strong for how I train tbh. Like sure there are people stronger than me at my gym but those are only dedicated power lifters whose entire routine consists of doing 3 or 5 rep maxes

Because is easy to get injured on gear...
Yeah if u jump on high doses straight away but if you are running stuff for a long time and building the weight up slowly the tendons and ligaments should have time to adapt (although I know its a way slower process than with muscles). Personally think doing 5-8 rep range is best on gear and massive pump sets are stupid and everyone ive observed who did them was extremely weak relative to their body weight.

If ur old or have previous injuries sure very high reps make sense but doing pump workouts in ur 20s is silly.

U should do low-moderate rep routine for a bit. Ur holding allot of muscle so I bet you'd be surprised how quick u put on strength (not talking 1-3 rep maxes its not worth injury risk unless ur a competitive powerlifter)

Why? To prove what to or gain what? I know i can beat all the fucking 165cm tall indios in my country at powerlifting i was always very strong even as a skinny kid
