Insurance just denied my NUSS procedure…. Help me : (

I come home from school and my mom tells me that insurance has denied the request for my NUSS procedure (surgery to fix Pectus). I am devastated I did so much to work for it, I was eligible and all that shit.

The surgeon had sent an appeal to the higher ups.

Does anyone know if there’s a good chance of me getting the appeal? : ( I’m going to r0pe if it gets denied, because that would be a sign that I’m not destined to ascend……

Is the procedure for cosmetic reasons only?

You’ll have to convince your doctors that it affects you on a medical level, then insurance might help.

We are. I didn’t mention aesthetics at all. The surgeon says “She got it” hopefully the big accept it
