because he overfilled, some fat died and is left as dead lumps which can only be surgically removed, basically a bleph, this will get worse as the the infra orbital septum will sag and push it out for the view with time

When this happens with age the lumps will be morr visible since they will be pushed out for view, see below

The influencer didn't go to a quality clinic at all (def not Tweaqo's clinic) ... he got this done in the states with a random surgeon I believe -- which should serve as a cautionary tale for people to fill undereyes with a quality clinic.

is the survival rate directly affected by the amount of fat used? For example the more fat the less survival rate and it would be better to be conservative?

I've seen a result I really didn't like from that clinic (healed state, after the swelling is gone). Keep an open mind that they're good but they still miss the mark sometimes

Also, I don't see this get discussed but even on the good results sometimes there is asymmetry in the hooding. It's like one hood retained a bit more fat than the other.

What are your thoughts on paranasal fat grafting? Like injecting deep in the pyriform fossa to lift around the base of the nose only? Same principle as infras in that it cannot replace an implant? I feel like dimo matters less in that area and getting the lift effect is enough. Also, is the skin thicjer here so less risk of lumps anf asymmetry? Would overfilling this area be an equally bad idea if it's strictly localisdd and injected deep?

It looked pretty good ngl, the clinic smelled good at least. The streets smelled like dogshit and sewer water.

Yeah, I feel like the key is how salvageable the complication would be ... asymmetric lids would just require a touch up, but straight up fat necrosis with persisting lumps is a total mess. However, it's still not clear as to what causes fat necrosis in this case. I'm really not buying the story of reddit bluepillers suggesting that it's a mechanistic inevitability of overfilling itself.
