I also found these facts out too but im too lazy to link the websites

fun facts:if the mandible is not physiologically positioned all stress hormones are automatically stimulated, muscles tense, blood pressure rises, shallow respiration and less effeciency of breathing, raises blood sugar, and releases adrenaline. wow i wonder why most top athletes have perfect facial structure:unsure:

a person with a recessed maxilla will (mostly) have a very weak voice.

if you stay up to more than 8pm without getting tired, you may have bad bite. (who can relate with all this)

also when you chew you're supposed to be pushing your lower mandible and lower teeth into your top teeth, this puts upward and forward pressure, loosens up bones which are not used to this pressure. this is a must for those who suffer overbite/deep bite.

fuark pseudoscience to the max but very interesting read
lol at this guy unironically claiming that dental structure > iq and everything else as an indicator or life quality
"obesity is caused by poor dental structure and its impossible to be obese if you have good teeth (or get cancer with good teeth for that matter). source: my granpda smoked and he lived to 93 years old, he had good teeth."

tbh
still interesting though, shame the site is offline/virus advertising. you think he moved or he gave up?

no wonder i get the urge for bruxism when I jutt.

fuck does he mean when he says "raise the lower teeth" considering i have an overbite, is this just having the bottom of my front teeth aligned with my bottom teeth (causing a lil gap in the middle due to overbite) ?

Can this be fixed by maxillofacial surgery?

it means to have your molar touching i believe. other than that i have no idea. i still am not 100% sure for front teeth align with bottom teeth as overbitecel. but i thought about that to, not touching them fully. but something that can help is starecta.com they focus on raising the back teeth. they actually have their own cases where they fix posture.

so my new mew routine is going to look like this i guess

align front teeth, with gap in between.

chew a lot

when i go to sleep, i put my teeth into overbite position (its funny, i have 3 bite positions, front teeth bite, overbite, and deepbite, because braces sort of fixed them but still not worth the maxilla messing up) and have my molars touch, whiling pushing the mandible into the top teeth, basically clenching.

i still dont know if half the things spout are true. but i believe a perfect bite and facial structure will be the best for health/

but it brings up about front teeth touch first when biting down (how some overbite people mew) and im not sure if thats ideal..

Chad sleep one time per month and still have a perfectly tall , compact , forward grown maxilla.

Also most athletes have good facial structures simply because they run low bf maxing and use TONS OF PEDS can't stress enough , a good consumption of hgh steroids gives you a brow ridge , square chin and so on and theses guys are on this stuff for DECADES think about it

There are many truths and many lies. I think he missed the mark when he was talking about physique. I think that oral posture is related to many things when it comes to body posture, like neck going forward, which might make you bend more forward naturally when sitting, stuff like that.

But I also believe a lot of the posture problems and walking problems we have is related to sitting. Sitting is not a natural resting position. Squatting is. I think if we redesigned the toilet to require squatting, and had standing desks become standard at home and at school, people would develop much better squat form and form in general. I think sitting for 8 hours a day is bound to cause problems with our posture. Also hunching over to look at screens. Desktops with a good chair >>>> laptops on a mediocre chair. That shit will murder your posture in a few years.

But the stuff about physique is ridiculous because good posture does NOT equate good strength or good musclemass or anything like that. That's crazy. Perhaps you'll have better composition of bodyfat if you do happen to gain some, perhaps your abs will be more visibile at the same bodyfat if you activate them more in your everyday posture, but claiming that it has any form of effect on muscle development is ridiculous. Of course, your form on exercises are related to your posture in general, but claiming that the connection is there from oral posture is just absurd, and I'll just say again that this is probably related to too much sitting and not enough squatting in everyday life.

so what, i sleep in overbite position? cause thats the only way for my molars to touch, but i dont see how thats raising the back teeth rather than closing it together
