fun facts:if the mandible is not physiologically positioned all stress hormones are automatically stimulated, muscles tense, blood pressure rises, shallow respiration and less effeciency of breathing, raises blood sugar, and releases adrenaline. wow i wonder why most top athletes have perfect facial structure
a person with a recessed maxilla will (mostly) have a very weak voice.
if you stay up to more than 8pm without getting tired, you may have bad bite. (who can relate with all this)
also when you chew you're supposed to be pushing your lower mandible and lower teeth into your top teeth, this puts upward and forward pressure, loosens up bones which are not used to this pressure. this is a must for those who suffer overbite/deep bite.
