I would prioritize a good face over just about every physical aspect because of how easily it will get you sex from ages 20-45.

There are limitations to that though, if it came at the cost of being under 5'8 then I would pass and just take the 6'3 ripped brute you listed. I don't want to get 'heightmogged' on the regular by 13 year old girls who pass by.

Height and body do matter, but not nearly as much as face. The easiest way to get a steady source of ONS's is dating apps and on a dating app you need a verified profile with a face photo that appeals to women in general. They make swiping decisions in 0.1 seconds.
