I think this is a decent breakthrough but there will still be a few years until we use this for cosmetic reasons. I think it’ll eventually happen because of all the money being funded into biotech lately. I think maybe later this century we could have bone remodeling technology that could reshape bone by removing and growing bone in all the right areas without a scaffold, but that could be next century-but there are certain breakthroughs already regarding scaffold free bone remodeling like organoids but I’m too tired to get into that. I truly believe a chad can be produced through biotech sometime late century if we get the singularity etc
