Literally a life-saver, fasting for your first 6-7 hours of your day and not spiking your insulin by having breakfast in the morning will put your body in fat-burning mode using it as energy.
You might feel a bit groggy and sluggish for the first days but for me, it didn’t happen, I just drink a minimum of 1,5 liters of water until my first meal.
After that it depends on the lifestyle that you have, ( e.g I used to be somewhat active, averaging between 15-20k steps a day simply by walking to school, hanging out and other activities, but since i got my license i can see on the scale and my body that i do not walk as much as i used to) if you’re going to the gym a great addition would be some type of cardio exercise like stair master, cycle, or treadmill.
An important note is to experiment with all of these or even other types of cardio to see what you enjoy and works best for you. For me cycling worked because I could lay on my back and just watch a movie or some. Also dont go too hard on the cardio keep a heart rate at which u can hold a speech and dont rush since it will switch from using fat for energy to carbs, whichll make you even hungrier
Its also crucial that you maintain a 8 hour window for you to eat, lets say from 1pm to 9pm, but program it to your advantage and preferences.
As far as diet goes, eat clean, meats, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts are a must, avoid sodas, even the diet ones but use them only when you crave a treat.
