Intermittent fasting is so rewarding

When you start, the urge to eat something in the morning is very strong, but after you resist the hunger it fades away and you feel as light as a feather, no food in your intestines.

I recommend a 2 hour eating window, so that you're not eating for the other 22 hours. My window starts at 16:00 and ends at 18:00 so that I'm not digesting anything when going to sleep.

When not eating just cram in water and electrolytes.

If you feel really hungry, kill your appetite with black coffee in the morning, and if you are a real fat fuck, then I recommend drinking a protein shake before your one and only meal so that you stay satiated and don't go over your calorie limit.

Prioritize proteins and fibres - they are the most satiating.

If you don't intermittently fast, you're constantly digesting food, constantly in an inflammatory state and bloated.

THIS IS HOW HUMANS ARE SUPPOSED TO FUNCTION, ONE BIG MEAL A DAY

Extremely easy
 
It dosent do anything if you’re not someone who struggles losing weight. You’re simply inducing cortisol and stress, and enjoy the feeling which arises from these states.
