is intermittent fasting even worth it? I mean eating dinner around 7pm then eating lunch around 1pm the next day (12hrs) I hear people saying it fucks up collagen but i dont feel hungry in the morning so I kind of do it naturally. Thoughts?

eat whenever your hungry

if your still in developmental years you are fucking yourself by fasting.

i am 16, however I still meet my daily calories and all that so does it matter?
you are 16 there is no reason to be fasting whatsoever you need to be eating nutrient dense foods ravenously.

by fasting at your age you are only stunting growth and development

No, intermittent fasting is not worth it in the medium to long term.
You need a consistent regimen that you can replicate day after day, for years.

Alot of the benefits of intermittent fasting, (such as improvements in insulin sensitivity) are FOR adults. Kids at 16 dont need these benefits, and in the growing stage of your life, your only depleting yourself of nutrients and spikint your cortisol, theres no crazy IGF-1 boost, its actually stunting growth.

As far as the scattered evidence goes saying eat fruits no eat carbs no eat meats etc, just eat natural bro, foods found in nature. Lots of animal products, fruit, milk etc
