Intranasal Insulin
Insulin has been proven to a be (in my opinion the best) nootropic.
But not injectable insulin, Intranasal Insulin.
Intranasal insulin has been proven to promote synaptogenesis (the creation of new braincells) strongly.
Issue is Intranasal Insulin isn't sold anywhere so I will teach you how to make it.
Materials Required:
Oxymetazoline HCL Nasal Spray or Nasal Spray bottle
Novolin R
Alcohol Pads
Insulin Syringes
Step 1: Buy (preferably steal) Oxymetazoline HCL nasal spray or buy a nasal spray bottle off Amazon.
Something like this from Walmart or your closest store.

Step 2: Go to Walmart Pharmacy and ask for Novolin R. The person up front will ask if you would like the pen or the vial. You will want the vial. Novolin R is OTC at Walmart Pharmacy, and they are technically not legally allowed to ask questions or refuse the sale, but just to make sure they aren't suspicious, just answer their questions, it's not that hard.
For example, I have bought Novolin R multiple times and never got a question, but one day the lady working asked who it was for. What did I say? "It's for my mom."
They don't know you, your history, your family, and anyone can have diabetes but not diagnosed so they have to get it OTC. So just say what ever the fuck you want.
Step 3: Once you're home, clean out the Oxymetazoline HCL nasal spray bottle you "purchased", you don't have to clean it out if you bought an empty one from Amazon. Then wipe the top of the Novolin R with an alcohol pad, use an insulin syringe, pull out 100 units and inject it into the open and clean nasal spray bottle. Do that 3x. You will have 3ml/300ius of insulin in the bottle.
Step 4: Spray the bottle a bit to get rid of any Oxymetazoline in the straw connected to it, and to also move the insulin up to the top. Then you're done.
Dosing: Spray it inside one nostril every 1-2 hours. Rotate nostrils.
The first time trying, it'll be a pretty funny feeling. Most (anecdotally) even said they got some sort of a high or a buzz.
