£500 pounds. Definitely worth it.

Goes up to 32.5kg which is 72lbs for those situated in North America.

The gains I've made in just 3 days. BRUV! I have a bench of course and a barbell with plates, but these dumbbells have taken it to a next level.

Don't put faith in gyms being open any longer. You don't know the future. Routine and rhythm is key to exercise, health and lifestyle.

If you're in the UK they no-longer sell these on Amazon, but the seller still does on his website. Muscle Squad Limited.

If you have equipment, post it and share.

Working out at home is impossible for most people if you're planning to replicate real gym productivity. Inb4 you have an entire room dedicated for that only.

Plates. Got the 15kg ones tho. Two. So £159.99.

Listen you can never replicate, but it's better than no lifting at all.

Water filled dumbbells and barbel, be careful and check for any leakages, I filled mine with sand taken from a nearby beach.

It is but if you can go to gym go to gym 100%. Only benefit of working out at home I can see is to free some time you'd otherwise spend on commuting and preparations. When I hit the gym I go nuts with the attitude, at home I never feel this way.

Too much high maintenance for me personally, but works if you can make it work I guess.

I just can't imagine filling up these things every time I wanna work out and then there's different weights. Or can you just leave the water in there permanently?

I can't believe you're actually talking like the world hasn't been shut-down for the past 9 months.

Legit, forgot that little moment. In USSR the gyms are open.

I was trying to get a weight setup a while ago, but man that stuff is expensive. Was gonna be several hundred dollars at the cheapest for a full set of weights, dumbell, barbells, etc. So I just got some gallon jugs and filled them with sand and water, they weight quite a bit each and I put those on a barbell I bought. The super ghetto version of those water filled dumbells. That can go up to about 200 lbs total weight, and then I got a pull up bar, and that covers quite a few different things for a pretty good diverse workout. Cant do bench presses, or leg presses, or anything you need a machine for, or anything too heavy without a spotter of course but its still pretty good. Good way to spend my time during this shutdown, better than laying around and rotting for sure

Yeah, you obviously leave the water there and you add more and more as your muscles grow stronger. Or you can use sand, small rocks, steel or lead balls, etc. I have some solid plastic ones who seem more sturdy and with sand in them there's no risk of leakage, those with larger capacity are inflatable, and made from a softer material, I don't know how reliable they are.

Yes, this works too very well, and it's basically free, here in Romania at least you can easily find discarded water jugs in garbage cans, although you may end up fighting for them with some bums - they collect them for recycling.
If you move to another place or stop training, you can just as easy throw them away out the window, there's no loss, since they didn't cost you anything.
