Ok I just got my Invisalign and they were saying I’m going to get bands next visit. Is that bad? Because I thought that would pull my mid face back?

No, only actual recession comes when they pull teeth out. Rubber bands can actually be beneficial, either it's to have better teeth or for bite issues with maxilarry or jaw recession. Basically it won't make it worse, it could actually ascend you a little
