[IPD MORPH] Does this morph make me HTN?

- I get somewhat consistently rated mtn, would like to ascend to HTN

- IPD is probably my biggest failo (0.48 ESR, 66mm IPD) MFR is good.

- OBO is a mental masturbation exercise and I will never get it

What would my nose benefit from? Alar Base reduction? Increase in nasal bridge width?
My nose has pretty good ratios from the side.
