Because of the life style of people in tropics there is no need to do any of that in the tropics. People from tropics hunt every season, live on land that is extremely fertile, and it rains throughout the year so food is in abundance and they also live in simple mud houses because that sufficed their needs while people in colder countries had to store food and fuel because it wasn't always available and build proper well engineered houses that could withstand the cold. Tropical climates have easier but more unpredictable environment while colder climates have a harsher but more predictable environment so after industrial revolution when we moved away from agriculture the cold countries developed more but civilizations always started close to equator.

I think that on an individual level races are not too different from one another, so you shouldn’t necessarily assume that just because someone is black that they’re retarded but on a general scale blacks are lower iq. Smart black dudes exist and so do dumb Asians.

The more people there are of one specific race the more pronounced their differences are. If you put 1 black guy and 1 white guy on an island, there’s a chance that the black guy does better than the white guy but if you put 1,000,000 black dudes and 1,000,000 white dudes on their own islands the White Island would be significantly better.
